But you don’t have to be very famous and widely known to inspire your audience. Here are two young musicians that we’ve met and got to know a little, Samantha Stollenwerck and Heather Peace. These names might not be known to everyone on the planet but for those who met these two ladies and had the pleasure of listening to them perform, they are great inspiration and encouragement.
Samantha Stollenwerck has been doing a lot of exciting things lately. On her BLOG she wrote last year about her summer that was very interesting.
“I definitely didn’t do the bulk of music I wanted to do, or the intensive career focus that it requires to be a self-sustaining independent artist, but I do know that life works in mysterious ways, and if it feels right, then letting go is actually the best thing to making it happen. Giving love to those in my life who had rough roads this summer, may you always live in our hearts and sing joyfully in our dreams. That being said, I’m pretty much a pancake without music … I am so very grateful for the twists and turns that life has thrown all of us this past couple of months, I’m grateful for my health, and the freedom I have to create. While so many things are collapsing around us, natural disasters beating down our doors, financial wreckage, wars and unjustness poisoning our planet, it becomes our golden hour to harness true love and kindness in a time when people need it the most.”
