“Jacqui If this was me in this position what would you be saying?”

“The exact same as you” Jacqui said without a thought

“I don’t want this baby if it means losing my wife” Amy said leaving the cubicle

Amy walked through the hospital in tears.

“Amy?” Spencer asked

“Leave me alone” Amy said running for the door

She walked into the school and straight towards Bette’s office. Bette was sitting marking some papers. She looked up, jumping off her seat the minute she seen Amy was upset.

“Sweetheart what is wrong?” Bette asked

“If Jacqui goes through with the pregnancy she can die” Amy said falling apart in Bette’s arms

“Come on let’s get you home” Bette said lifting her car keys “Jodie I need to go, I’m sorry”

Jodie seen Amy and knew it must be serious “No problem I’ll arrange for your classes to be sorted”

Bette drove into the drive; she had phoned Tina before she left the car park. Tina was home before them.

“Ok tell us everything” Bette said

Amy filled them in on everything.

“I don’t know what to say sweetheart” Tina sighed

“I don’t understand why she want to go through with this” Amy stated

“Sweetheart all Jacqui hears is get rid of her baby, she’s not going to think about her right now” Bette stated

“Well I am, I don’t want this baby if I’m going to lose her” Amy cried “I can’t lose my wife”

“Listen to me, your wife need’s you with her right now, you need to stay strong for her no matter how hard this is on you” Bette said

“Jacqui will be feeling just as scared as you” Tina stated

“Clearly not if she wants t go through with it” Amy snapped

“Do you want this baby Amy?” Bette asked

“Not at the expense of my wife” Amy stated

“Did they say she could die or will die?” Tina asked

“I don’t know I just heard die and panic’d” Amy admitted

“Let’s go to the hospital and find out what exactly is going on” Bette said

They walked into the hospital. Spencer walked over to Amy pulling her into a cuddle.

“Ashley’s with her” Spencer said softly

“Can you explain to my mum and mama?” Amy asked

“Sure I can” Spencer said

Amy left walking through to where she left Jacqui.

She opened the cubicle; Jacqui was in tears cuddling into Ashley.

Amy walked over taking the position Ashley was in. Jacqui clung on tighter when she realised it was Amy. Ashley left the cubicle.

“I’m sorry” Amy said softly

“I’m sorry too” Jacqui cried “Amy I can’t get rid of it, I just can’t”

“Ok” Amy caved

She couldn’t deal with Jacqui being upset anymore than she could with the fact she could lose her.

30 minutes later Taylor and Ashley walked in.

“If you go through with this we want to see you every week!” Taylor stated

“I am going through with it” Jacqui said

“If you get sick, you tell me, if you feel any pain what so ever you need to tell me, I need your word on that” Ashley stated

“I promise”

“You hide nothing from us and that goes for Amy too, you need to be honest with us all” Ashley warned “If I lose you because of this I will never forgive you for putting me in this position”

“Your shifts are now being half too; you will work from 9 to 5 only”

“Yeah your taking the piss now, I’m pregnant not incapable” Jacqui stated

“You’re a high risk pregnancy you will do what you’re told” Ashley snapped “any more of your cheek and you will be on maternity leave early”

Amy smirked.

“If Amy say’s your tired…Guess what you’re tired and in your bed you will be” Ashley stated “I’ll be calling the shots in this pregnancy”

“Hey” Spencer smiled “Your mothers in laws are here”

Spencer moved out the way letting Bette and Tina in.

“What you like?” Bette asked hugging her

“You ok?” Tina asked

Jacqui nodded trying not to get upset again.

“You’re going to be fine” Bette smiled trying to convince herself
