Shhhh baby it’s Ok… you don’t have to explain.. I understand…” Tina was interrupted by Bette’s soft tears. “Oh Baby don’t cry…Bette Honey look at me…” Bette looked up and found love and understanding in Tina’s eyes. Tina thought to her self for a moment ‘follow your heart, you promised her’ “…Bette sweetheart it’s Ok I understand…Bette I want to be together with you… I love you… I don’t want to push you, but I want you to know so you know I am not going anywhere, I will be right here by your side until you are ready. Bette’s tears continued to fall she had never in her life felt more loved than she did at that moment.
“T… I love you to… thank you for underst… “ Tina cut her off…
“Shhhh… Bette don’t thank me… I want to be with you… I want you in my life for a long long time and I am willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that happens.”
They shared another kiss. The sweetest and most powerful kiss there is… A kissed shared with the woman you love….
“T… I think we need to talk.”
“I know… but I would rather cuddle”
“Who said I was letting go of you?” Tina couldn’t help but smile as the nervousness from Bette wanting to talk started slipping away.
“T.. you know what happened with Jodi…” Tina held her breath not sure of where Bette was going with this. “…I…I love you Tina, and that scares me… I don’t know how long it will take me to fight these demons… or if I can…” the tears started streaming down her cheeks.
Tina wiped her tears away. “Baby it’s Ok… don’t cry” Tina loved how honest Bette was with her feelings… how open she was, but she hated to see her cry.
“T.. I’m scared it will take too long… that I will loose you.”
Tina lifted herself slightly so she could look into Bette’s eyes. “Bette listen to me… with your heart and soul… I am not going anywhere… I love you… I want you in my life… I want to be the one to help you fight those demons… I want to be the one to show you that you are enough… she is a moron Bette and absolute fool… you are an amazing woman Bette and I don’t care how long it takes as long as we do it together” Tina leaned in and kissed Bette soft and gentle, full of love. “Promise me Bette… promise me you will follow your heart!”

Oh yea, way to catch Tina! Man I HATE Jodi she sure did a job on Bette for her not to be able to let the woman she is and has been in love with for a long while be intimate with her. At least Tina will get to hold her and love her until she feels secure enough to let her show her how much she loves her. I really, really love this story. PPS

I like what is happening between them at the moment. My question is: did they just leave the children on the sofa bed to sleep in their clothing or did they change them into sleep wear and did they cover the children up? What? Great chapter. PPS
