“Wow Ego’s packed tonight!” Spencer yelled into my ear as we entered the club, along with Aiden and Adrianne.

“Just follow me” Adrianne led us through one of the many hot, crammed dance floors until we came upon a secluded staircase in a corner, being guarded by one giant mass of a man.

“Good evenin’ Miss Duarte, you’re usual VIP room is all set and ready ta go.” The large man’s deep and heavy Italian accented voice ran chills through my body.

“Thanks Gino” Adrianne replied then slipped a hundred dollar bill into the bouncer’s front shirt pocket. I guess having a daddy that owns multiple clubs has its perks when it comes to money.

He then gave the raven haired girl an appreciative smile and stepped out of the way, allowing us to climb up the winding staircase. The second floor was very dark; the only form of light being the glow of the neon lights along the wall. I felt Spencer’s grip on my hand tighten and I brought my arm around her waist and pulled her closer in hopes to ease her discomfort. You could hear the muffled sounds of the distant music playing from the floor below as we walked in silence.

“Well here we are” Adrianne opened the third door on the right and a bright light illuminated from the room.

It was a completely different atmosphere from the dark, unpleasant hallway. The room was a decent size, packed full with furniture and plenty of entertainment. A full size bar stretched along the back wall and I just looked around the spacious room in awe.

“So what is everybody drinkin’?” Adrianne asked, snapping me out of my daze.

“I’ll have a Bud” Aiden replied as he walked over with the Latina to stand at the bar.

“I’ll have Vodka and Cranberry and Ashley will have a Jack and Coke” Aw she’s ordering for me already.

I felt myself uncontrollably smiling at the blonde and she gave me a confused look.

“What?” Spencer cocked her head to the side in an adorable way.            

“Nothing, I’m just surprised you remember what I like to drink.” I responded and she returned my smile.

“See, I was paying attention to more than just your hot body on our first date.” Spencer said playfully and I leaned in to plant a tender kiss on her lips.
