LR: You wrote brilliant new songs…tell me a little about some of your favorite songs and what they mean to you.

HP: Oh it’s hard to choose favourites because I’m so close to them all but I do love playing “Better Than You” live because it came from a dark place and it is really cathartic to sing it out loud on stage.

LR: One of my favorite songs is “My Way Only”. Will you include it in your next album? What other songs are you planning to release with your debut album?

HP: Yes “My Way Only” will definitely be on the album as will “Better Than You”, “You’re For Keeps”, “Sabotage”, a new one called “Lost” and a new one that I’ve just written with Horse called “Beechwood Avenue”. There will be between 10 & 12 tracks.

LR: You are filming second season of “Lip Service” right now. How much fun was the reunion with the other cast members? By the way, there is a website created for the fans of the series http://lipservicefans.com/ You can check it out and even follow them on twitter @lipservicefans

HP: I’ve loved being back on Lip Service, it is a really fantastic job. We all work hard then have lots of fun together too. I will miss them all very much when we finish filming in a few weeks! Thanks to everyone that puts hard
work into the fansite, we all appreciate it!!
