Cody: Do you to want to fuck now, cos I’m sure the restaurant would understand if we are late.

Bette and Tina still admiring each others beauty laugh at Cody’s comment

Bette: No its fine I’m sure I can wait till later, contory to popular belief I’m not that much of a sex addict.

Cody: Only when it comes to my sister

Bette just smiled. Tina knew Bette didn’t have an answer because Cody was right

Tina: Come on we should get going.

As the three adults left the house and got into the awaiting taxi.

When the three arrive at the stylish up market LA restaurant they are shown to their table, a secluded booth. Tina had booked the table and obviously wanted privacy and a hassle free evening. As they all sat down Cody order a bottle of the finest champagne the restaurant had to offer. Tina shot Cody  a stare

Cody: What!!!……….Its not as though I cant afford it, and besides it’s a time for celebrating our togetherness and a family and well your engagement.

Over dinner the three adults spoke freely about different subjects, past relationships, jobs and their childhood memories. Cody took great pride in telling Bette some of Tina’s childhood habits and mischief that she had obviously neglected to tell her lover of 13yrs. The three were having such a good time laughing and talking that Cody and Tina had forgot they were going to talk about their family inheritance, but what was the rush Cody had decided she was going to sty in LA for a while.

2 bottles of champagne and a fantastic 3 course meal later the three adults returned home. Slightly drunk Bette walks into the kitchen and pulls out a bottle scotch and suggests they have a night cap before going to bed. What started out as a night cap turned into drunken confessions and as they all became more intoxicated Tina couldn’t help but tell Bette that Cody had dated Helena and still has feelings for her.

Bette drunkenly announced: I’m going to had to be careful which room I go in now that there are 2 hot Kennard’s under my roof.

All though Tina knew Bette was joking there was still an element to the comment that upset her. Cody saw this look in Tina’s eyes.
