Dana and Alice walked into the Planet, it was a slow walk but Dana was happy to go at Alice’s pace. They came upon Shane who was sat at a table with sunglasses on and a large black coffee in front of her. She glanced at the two women slowly making their way towards her and she instantly jumped up and went to Alice’s other side to help her to a chair.

“Hey, I wasn’t sure you’d be coming.”

Alice sat with a sigh and looked up at the two women who were hovering anxiously around her.

“Guys sit. I’m not gonna fall apart.”

Shane flopped into her chair and grinned at Alice. Dana went off to the counter to grab some coffee, she had a smile a mile wide which didn’t go unnoticed by Shane.

“So how are things?”

“Fine I guess. I’m just happy that I’m out of the hospital. I mean I got regular visits from the very fit physiotherapist but believe me when I say that Dana was the only highlight to my days. I was so god damn bored, nobody let me do anything in that place.” Alice glanced at Dana and smiled. “I’m also happy that Dana has stuck around.”

“You thought she’d leave?”

“No. Well maybe a little. She’s amazing and gorgeous but I kinda thought that once I was out she’d back off.”

“Is that what you want?”

“No! God no, it’s just that’s what usually happens with me. People only stick around for a short time.”

Shane gave a sad smile and lent over the table towards Alice, there was so much more about the blonde that she wasn’t saying.

“I’ll let you into a secret. Dana isn’t like that and believe me when I say she’s head over heels for you. She never left your side when you were out of it for a bit and she never stopped talking or thinking about you.”

“Yeah she’s my Dana shaped super hero.”

“Who’s your super hero?”

Dana put down two coffees onto the table and lent in for a kiss before she sat next to Alice.

“You are. All cute and sexy and bearing coffee, defiantly not replacing you.”

The grin that graced Dana’s face was the best thing that Shane had seen in a while. She knew that Dana was in this for the long haul, the young brunette had had a hard time before but there was something about Alice that just made her relax and more comfortable with herself.

“Before we go into the merits of me wearing my pants over my trousers and running round in a cape, how was your night? You left pretty late did you manage to find some fun?”

Shane grinned again at this. “It’s never too late Dane, you should know that by now.” She took a sip of her coffee and had just lent back in her chair when she lifted up her sunglasses and gave a low wolf-whistle. “Check out the new arrival.”

Alice and Dana turned in their chairs to see a tall dark haired woman walk into the café.

Her pale skin seemed such a sharp contrast to her dark hair which framed her face that it managed to emphasize all of her features to perfection. She was of medium height and had all the right curves in all the right places, in short she was stunning.

She looked around the café and her gaze settled on the three women, looking a little startled at first she started to make her way over to them. Dana shifted in her sit and leaned over to Shane.

“Do you know her?”

“Nope but I’d like to.”

“Then why is she on her way over here?”

The dark haired woman reached the table and stood next to Alice. The blonde slowly got to her feet and looked into her eyes. Shane and Dana sat in silence taking in the strange scene in front of them. Alice steadied herself on her feet and looked the dark haired woman up and down with a look of disgust on her face.

“Alice, you look good.”

Alice shocked everyone by releasing her right fist and punching the woman in the face.

“Like you fucking care!”
