It was 3 oclock in the morning and Bette was tossing and turning in bed. She finally got herself up and stumbled to the bathroom. She wasnt feeling well. Nausea swept over her and she made it to the toilet just in time. She spent the next several hours alternating between her bed and the bathroom. Finally at around 6:30 she drifted off to sleep only to wake up again an hour later upon hearing Jacob knocking on her door.

Come in baby.

Mommy are you okay? You should already be up.

Im not feeling well Jacob. Could you tell Carol she needs to take you to school? I need to sleep some more.

Okay mommy, feel better.

Be a good boy in school Jacob. Ill see you later Bette yelled to the back of Jacobs head.

Bette plopped down in bed again and thought about what she should be doing today. She mentally went through her appointments and realized there was nothing James couldnt re-schedule. Then she realized that it was Thursday and her date with Tina was tonight. *****, ***** *****! This cant be happening. Bette had been looking forward to having Tina to herself for a change. There were many things they needed to talk about and it was hard with the children always interrupting them. Bette decided to make the easier of her two calls first.

Hi James its Bette. Yes, I know Im late. Im sick James so youll have to reschedule the meetings I have with the artists today. The artists I have scheduled today are pretty easy going so you should have no problems. If any of them want to talk to me then let me know and Ill call them back. I should be fine by tomorrow but just to play it safe reschedule those appointment as well. Thanks James, Ill check in with you later.

James had followed Bette from her days at the CAC and was more her assistant now then her personal secretary. She trusted he would take care of things and knew the gallery was in good hands.

Bette dialed Tinas cell phone.

Hi Bette. Are you ready for dinner tonight?

Thats why Im calling Tina. I spent the better part of last night in the bathroom playing homage to the porcelain god. Im wiped out so Im going to spend the rest of the day catching up on my sleep. Im not sure what is going to happen when I eat so I think we better reschedule our dinner.
Aw Bette, Im sorry youre not feeling good. I completely understand but Im disappointed. I was really looking forward to spending some quality time alone with you tonight.

I was too Tina. Why dont we pick another day?

Ive got a better idea, why dont you let me come over there and take care of you. You need to eat a light dinner anyway so let me cook it for you. We could sit out by the pool once the kids are asleep, How does that sound?

Sounds wonderful. What time should I expect you?

Madison was expecting Dawn to put her to bed tonight so why dont I just come over straight after work. I can help with Jacob and Alexis and then start dinner.

Okay, Ill see you around 6 then and thanks for thinking of this. I really did want to see you tonight.

Bette hung up the phone and closed her eyes. Sleep came quickly and the next thing she knew it was early afternoon. She could hear Carol playing with Alexis in the family room. She felt better, at least rested and decided to take a long hot bath. She made her way to the bathroom and turned on the water. She then went to her closet and picked out a casual outfit for the rest of the day. She picked out a pair of low cut jeans and a tight t-shirt. She wanted Tina to be able to appreciate her body and give her the impetuous she needed to get past the friends stage of their relationship.

Bette made her way back into the bathroom and turned off the water. The temperature was perfect and she quickly stripped out of her clothes and slid gently into the tub. Her muscles relaxed as she laid her head back and breathed in the scents of Jasmine that were in the air from the candles she had lit. She dozed off a little but came back to reality when the phone rang. She reached for it slowly.

Hey, how are you feeling?
A smile lit up Bettes face. Better, Im taking a bath right now. I slept most of the day away.
Tina swallowed hard as images of Bette, naked in the bath, flashed through her mind.
So youre in the batch, naked, right now?
Yep, is that a problem? Bette smiled again.
Mmmm, no not at all.
You sure?
Yeah, listen Ive got to go. I was just calling to make sure you were up to having company. Ive got one more meeting to attend and then Ill be out of here.
Okay, Ill be sure to be dressed by then, Bette chuckled into the phone.
Bye then.
Bette heard the click of the phone and laughed. Well that was easier than I thought. Tina Kennard still has the hots for me big time. Wait till she sees my outfit.

Tina sat in her office trying to recover from the image of Bette in her bathtub. It took every once of strength she had not to run from the office and race over to Bettes house. She had lied, she really didnt have a meeting to attend, she just wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible before Bette knew the affect she had on her. Tina got up a closed her office door, telling her secretary to hold all her calls. She then sat back down and closed her eyes while taking in a deep breath. She remembered how the two of them would take long baths together, with Tina sitting in between Bettes legs or vice versa.

She thought back to one night in particular, a cold rainy night. They had got caught in a downpour on their way back to the car from dinner. Both were shivering by the time they got home and Bette had suggested a bath. By the time Tina had locked up the house Bette had run the bath, lit some candles and had a soft soulful jazz album playing. As Tina walked into the bathroom she saw the back of Bette as she gracefully entered the tub. She took in Bettes long toned legs, small round butt and strong broad shoulders. Her body shuddered with desire. Tina let out a soft whistle and Bette turned her head as she settled into the tub.

Come join me baby. Bette said and gave Tina a look filled with lust.

Tina smiled and seductively stripped out of her clothes, slowly making her way to the tub, finally standing next to Bettes head. Bette used her left hand and slowly made her way up Tinas left thigh, caressing as she went, and finally let her hand land on Tinas left cheek, drawing her closer to her mouth and nose. Bette inhaled and smelled Tinas desire. She slowly moved her hand up trailing gently to her waist, coming around to the front, and then slowly down through her hair. Tina sucked in a deep breath as she felt Bette use her index finger to gently stroke her. Tina spread her legs to give Bette easier access and bent down to support herself by gripping Bettes shoulders.

God Tina youre so beautiful. How did I get so lucky to have you to love?

Tina whispered into Bettes ear Baby, I need you inside of me, right now. Please Bette, Im throbbing. I need you so very much.

Tina whimpered as Bette entered her and Bette moaned upon feeling how wet Tina was. It didnt take long for Bette to take Tina over the edge. Tina practically fell into the tub when the aftershocks of her ***** finally subsided and she could move. Bette embraced her from behind, pulling her in tight.

I love you Tina Kennard. Ill love you till the end of forever.

Tina sat in her office, the memory cascading over her. I hope tonight is the beginning of our forever.
