“We have Mr Scott in the interview room, do you want to do it or shall I?”

“I’ll do it, it’s about time that idiot went down!” Tina said standing up and straightening her suit.

“You have no right to hold me here!” Mr Scott jumped up the minute Tina entered.

“SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP!” Tina shouted

Mr Scott did as he was told straight away.

“We can do this the easy way or the hard way, you can tell me the truth minus all the bullshit or you can fuck me about and then when I find out you’ve fucked me about I make sure you don’t say daylight for a long time it’s entirely your choice Mr Scott!”

“Shall we go pick a new Christmas tree?” Bette asked

“YES!” Nathan said excited

Bette laughed it was the one thing Nathan loved more than anything. He always did have a thing for Christmas tree’s.

“I love Christmas time” Nathan smiled “Wont Mum be angry though”

“I said we would go pick one Nathan I didn’t say we would decorate it tonight” Bette laughed “Well do that tomorrow when your Mum is off”

“Ok I suppose I can live with that”

“You would just need too; decorating the tree is a family thing”

“You two are rubbish at it though, you put the tinsel on the wrong way, you put too many bobbles on one side and not enough on the other, and it ends up being me doing it”

“Well we like to be involved” Bette smirked “And we like to watch you decorate it and fuss over it”

Nathan smiled “I’m not that bad”

“Nathan it’s the one time of year and probably the only time you put 110% into something other than basketball” Bette laughed

“Oh whatever” Nathan smiled looking at his Mama. “You’re just over dramatising it as usual Mama, don’t deny the inevitable”

Bette and Nathan got out the car. Nathan took a hold of his Mama’s arm pulling  her towards the trees. They looked at various ones, bette was clearly getting frustrated.

“Nathan they all look the same!” Bette stated

“No they don’t, do you need glasses or something Mama” Nathan stated “they all look the same, your funny!”

Bette looked at her son “We’ve looked at nearly 18 tree’s now Nathan”

“Mama you don’t understand it needs to be perfect”

“Your right Nathan I don’t understand” Bette said following him “It’s a flaming tree; it sits in the living room and looks pretty!”

Nathan looked at a few more trees then smiled getting excited.

“This one…this is the tree…I want this one Mama” Nathan smiled

“Fabulous might have known it be the biggest”

“Well we can get it delivered you know, wouldn’t want to scrape your car god forbid” Nathan said sarcastically

“Im not worried about the car im worried about the fact of it fitting in the house Nate!”

“Oh it will trust me, im a pro at this” Nathan smiled

Bette organised the tree to get delivered, she paid the man and then they were on their way home.
