    One of Bette’s conquests makes an appearance. How does Tina react?

    Chapter 50:

    The Angels win their game.  Bette was in the stands cheering her heart out for her girl.  Tina scored 25 points had 4 assists and 3 steals.

    Bette is standing in the hall waiting for Tina to come out of the locker room.

    “Do my eyes deceive me or am I looking at the sexy Bette Porter again?”

    Bette recognizes the voice.

    “Hello Vanessa.  How are you?”  Bette turned toward the voluptuous temptress was standing in front of Bette with a sinfully tight wife beater top with her cleavage begging to escape their confines.  Her jeans were so snug it looked like it would be hard to fit a credit card in her back pocket.  Bette could not deny the girl was as hot as she ever was.

    “I’m better now for seeing you.  So what brings you back to watch a high school game?”  Vanessa asked looking Bette up and down.

    “Well I’m here to watch one player in particular actually.”

    “Oh really?  Who?”

    “Vanessa you know I am with Tina Kennard.”

    “Oh my goodness, you are still with her?”

    “Yes I am.”

    “Wow.  That’s surprising.  How long has it been?”

    “Almost a year.”

    “That must be a record for you.  You never lasted more a than a month or two back in the day.”

    “Well a lot changes when you fall in love.”  Bette says sincerely.  Her face lights up when she sees Tina coming out of the locker room.  Tina speaks briefly with a few fans standing by the door before she makes her way over to her lover.  She has no trouble recognizing the girl that is talking to Bette.  She remembers her as the hot chick that Bette had sex with last year when they were still acting like idiots, and refusing to acknowledge their mutual attraction.   

    She has an uncomfortable sense of ‘de ja vu’ as she slowly makes her way over to her woman.

    ‘Be cool Tina.  Stay calm.’

    “She’s beautiful Bette.”

    “Yes she is.”  Bette concurs smiling as Tina approaches.   

    “Hey babe.  You did great out there today!” Bette beamed as she turns to face Tina and  kisses her lips almost forgetting Vanessa was there.

    “Thanks babe.”  Tina responded a bit winded after the short but intense kiss.
