    waking up next to Bette.

    Bette woke up the next day to the feeling of a body sprawled atop of hers. She looked and saw Tina’s naked form. Tina’s head was on her shoulder, her hand hugging Bette and her foot was across Bette’s legs, trapping her. Bette looked at Tina, usually when she woke up like that she wanted to run, but for the first time in her life Bette didn’t feel suffocated. She actually felt secure.  She kissed Tina’s head, Tina mumbled something and snuggled closer.

     

    “Babe, we probably should get up” Bette whispered her hand moving on Tina’s skin, ‘she’s so soft’ Bette thought. Tina stirred.

     

    “I don’t have work today.” She mumbled trying to get closer to Bette.

     

    “I know, but you’re expected to attend breakfast. It’s mandatory.” Bette said, kissing Tina’s head again.

     

    “Fine but I’m not going to like it.” Tina declared, getting up, before she could leave the bed Bette pulled her back to her embrace.

     

    “I’m pretty sure you’ll like it. My mom’s a great cook.” Bette said, her arms caressing Tina’s back. “BUT, if you really want we can sleep in.”

     

    “No, I don’t want to keep you from your family.”

     

    “Well, I want to spend the morning with you so where you go, I go.” Bette said.

     

    “Are you always this sweet??” Tina asked, smiling.

     

    “Na, only when I want to get into a girls pants” Bette said, earning herself a light blow on the shoulder.

     

    “Ow! T that hurt!” Bette said, “Look it’s getting all red”

     

    “No it’s not!” Tina said looking worriedly at Bette’s shoulder.

     

    “Yes, it is I can feel the heat on the place already!” Bette insisted.

     

    “Fine, how can I make it up to you?” Tina asked rolling her eyes.

     

    “Kiss and make it better?” Bette asked sweetly. Tina smiled at her, lowering her head to Bette’s shoulder. She gave her a light kiss, and then opened her mouth letting her teeth graze Bette skin, all the time looking at Bette. Bette was mesmerized, she then felt Tina’s tongue caressing her skin. “God!” Bette moaned. Just then Tina lifted her head and innocently asked “All better?”

    6. Bette and Alice’s banter is hysterical! They are both acting like 5 year-olds. Her parents are great characters as well. Can’t wait for the next chappie…

    9. Oh the predicament they’ve gotten themselves in…are they going to come clean to one another???? Just wondering how on track with the movie you are going to go.

    11. Haven’t seen the movie, but loving your adaptation. Makes me want to rent it. Pscho Tina is too funny, but glad she took it down a couple of notches while at Bette’s parent’s house. Great read!!
