    Carnival

     

    They entered the carnival, Alice first. “Woo Hoo!” Alice yelled.

     

    “God I haven’t been in a carnival for… I don’t remember when!” Tina exclaimed.

     

    “Well stick with Alice she’s grantee to lower your IQ back to when you were five.” Bette said smiling embracing Tina.

     

    They walked together. “Hi, Danny you want to go on a ride?” Shane asked.

     

    “YA!” Danny said running after her.

     

    “Come on Al” Shane said.

     

    “No, I want to hang out with Bette.” Alice said.

     

    “We’ll see them later, give them some time!” Shane told her.

     

    “No”

     

    “The cotton candy is that way” Shane said, Alice started running.

     

    “Thanks Shane” Bette said smiling.

     

    “So, what do you want to do?” Bette asked Tina.

     

    “I’m going to win this teddy bear!” Tina announced standing taking the ball and missing the pins completely. “Again” She said. She tried three times but barley got one down.

     

    “You really want that teddy?” Bette asked, Tina nodded. Bette put a bill on the counter, “One.” She said.

     

    “Cocky,” The guy in the stand said. Bette just smiled, took the ball and in threw it knocking all of the pins down.

     

    “Want another one?” Bette asked Tina. “No, I just need one.” Tina said.

     

    “Well, that one is too little. How many times do I need to hit them for the big one?” Bette asked the annoying guy.

     

    “Ten” He said smiling, Bette knew he was lying, “OK, No problem” Bette said smiling. She threw ball after ball making every hit perfect. The guy was speechless. 

     

    “Was that ok?” Bette patronizingly asked.

     

    “Wha…” The guy mumbled.

     

    “I think this pretty lady deserve that big stuffed animal.” Bette said.

     

    “Sure, yeah.” The guy said handing Tina the bear. “Bette” Tina said laughing. “It’s huge!”

     

    “Yeah, if you want I’m sure we can take a small one instead.” Bette said embarrassed.

     

    “No, I love it!” Tina said starting to go.

     

    “Wait, I need to get a small one too.” Bette said.

     

    “Why?”

     

    “Alice will kill me if she knew I won one for you and not her.” Bette explained.

    2. Alice does act like a 3yr old. I would get tired of that since I have two three yr old G/Grand children. that is how they acts. Tina is very understanding. PPs.

    5. Alice needy much? Geez Al needs to quit acting like she is a child and give Bette and Tina a bit of space especially knowing what happened to her when she was with Carol at least in part. As well as saying it she needs to show she is happy for them by being more adult about them wanting to spend time alone. PPS

    7. I am glad that Tina understands Bette’s friends wanting time with her. Alice is a bit like a child and needs reassurance she hasn’t been left out.

    8. Aghh Alice is like an annoying kid sister when your on a date that won’t leave ya alonr…but I feel for her, she just needs some time to adjust to Bette bweing in an actual relationship and Bette does need to not blow her off too much!
