Great. I have 5th period next. Ashley is probaly going to try and talk to me. I’ll just ignore her, like every other day for the past two months. Maybe this time I’ll flirt a bunch with Aiden. That’ll get her blood boiling. I’m walking to the drama room from my locker, when I feel someone come up behind me and put their hands over my eyes.

"Guess who?" It was Aiden.

"Hmmm. I wonder, who do I know that has a sexy voice, amazing muscles, and huge hands."

"Hey!" I giggled at his reaction.

"I’m just playin’. I know it’s you babe."

"You had me worried for a sec. I thought you had a secret lover." He said, removing his hands.

"Nope their hands aren’t as big as yours." I laughed.

"They’re not that big. Besides, you know you like them." He wiggled  his eyebrows at me.

"Whatever, Aid. Come on, we better get to class." With that, he took my hand in his as we walked to 5th period.

As soon as we walked in, I could feel Ashley’s eyes on me. This wasn’t going to be easy. I avoided eye contact with her. I know she was looking at my hand intertwined with Aiden’s. She has seen it everyday, for two months. And everyday I feel her eyes fill with unhappiness. I take my seat right next to Aiden as always. The bell rings and Ms. Davies starts class.

"Ok you guys, today is reading day again." She annouced and a few moaned and groans of dissapointment came from students, but they quickly got over it.

Class is almost over and I knew she had been watching me. There wasn’t one second that I didn’t feel her, now, sorrowful eyes taking in every curve of my body and admiring my every move. I was trying hard to get some reading done, but my concentration was broken by someone whispering my name.

"Spencer. Pssssst. Spence." I turned my head to see that it was Glen.

"What?"

"Do you notice now?"

"Notice what, Glen?"

"The way she looks at you." He did have a point. I never realized how much Ashley looks at me, til’ today.

"Yes. I do." I sighed.

"So what’cha gonna do?"

"What can I do?"

"Talk to her."

"Glen…"

"No, don’t give me that. You know you should." He’s right.

"Fine. Will you leave me alone if I do?"

"Yup." Glen whispered, smiling. I grinned back at him. I love him. When I turned back around, I was meet with Aiden’s gaze.

"What are you two talking about? Who is her?" Wouldn’t he like to know.

"Nothing. Don’t worry about it."

"Ok baby. Whatever you say." I could tell he wasn’t conviced, but I could care less right now.

I peeked though the drama room doors to see if she was in there. She wasn’t. It was after school and I’m hoping that I could catch Ashley. The school play is next week so she has a lot of setting up to do. Today they don’t have practice, which means that leaves me and her alone. If I can find her.

"Looking for someone?" I turn around and see, once, my beautiful brunette standing before me.

"Umm, yeah. Acually I was wondering if you needed any help with stuff for the play."

"Nope, but you’re welcome to stay." She offered, smiling.

"I would love to."
