    A confrontation is had. Spencer is forced to put things in perspective.

    “Holy shit,” Lindsay said as she slowly began to recognize Spencer’s face in the darkness of the crowded movie theater.

    “Holy shit is right,” Ashley agreed, noticing that Spencer now had a death grip on her hand.

    “I can’t believe this, Lindsay! How could you?” Spencer asked, looking at no one else but her supposed friend.

    “Shutup!” someone screamed from the back of the theater.

    “Maybe we should take this outside,” Ashley suggested. For some reason everyone silently agreed, making their way out of the theater until they were standing in the lobby, the smell of popcorn and arcade noise heightening everyone’s senses.

    “Someone needs to start talking,” Spencer said after a moment of awkward silence.

    “Personally, I don’t really think you’re owed an explanation,” Rachel replied defiantly.

    “She’s my best friend, Rach! Was there really no one else?”

    “You cheated on me, Spencer. You don’t have the privilege of being upset about this.”

                Lindsay said nothing. Everything had blown up so fast. Earlier at lunch, she had feared that she had revealed too much about her relationship with Rachel with her questioning of their meeting. Had she known that it would’ve come to this, she would’ve been less afraid.

    “Listen, all I’m saying is that if you guys didn’t think it was wrong, you wouldn’t have hidden it from me! How long has this been going on?” Spencer asked, a lone tear making its way down her disappointed face.

    “This is the first date. We started talking a week ago, and no, I don’t think it’s wrong. I would’ve told you but you were all wrapped up in Ashley!” Lindsay said finally.

    “You’re the one who said I should call her in the first place!” the taller blonde responded.

    “Everyone just calm down, ok?” Ashley said, suddenly an un-biased voice of reason, “Nothing is going to be resolved like this. Spencer and I are together. You two are together and I’m assuming that both parties are happy…am I right?”

    Everyone nodded hesitantly.

    “Beautiful, then let’s get in our cars and get out of here. We can un-complicate this tomorrow after we’ve all calmed down,” she continued before turning around and practically dragging an angry Spencer behind her all the way to her convertible.

    2. Wow, haven’t gotten a chance to fully catch up on your FF, but it is really good. Sorry for the similarities in our titles, I actually didn’t notice till you mentioned it. I was having issues thinking of a good name, and South of Somewhere was the first thing to pop into my mind. ^^

    3. Man I read the whole series i guess you couldcall it, and i am in love with this it. you had better update soon or else i will tie you to my bed and do the unthinkable thats right ill make you watch every single disney movie. oh yeah ill do it im crazy. mwahahahaha (that was my evil laugh)

    11. What I love most about this story is the fact that with each chapter, I seriously never see where it’s going. You’re amazing! Poor Spencer though :( Hopefully she doesn’t push Ash away!

    13. Okay i’m pretty sure what Lindsay is doing IS wrong cause she lied to Spencer, and told her to call Ash. She’s really not a good person either. I feel bad for Spencer now cause Lindsay like betrayed her again, and Glenn’s dead now. PMS!
