    Chapter 4

    "Bri honey come here and eat, i will be right back" Bri walked away from the door with a confused look on her face not knowing who that was but thet they know her.

    I went to the door and saw her, she looks the same as she did 4 years ago.

    "Hi Spencer"

    "Hi Ashley what can i do for you?"

    "I was in town and i havent seen or heard form you in a long time so i thought i would stop by"

    "Well…… okay um…… i cant really talk right now. I have to get Bri to preschool but i will meet you at the coffee shop around the corner in half an hour"

    "Okay see you then"

    "Shit shit shit" i mummered to myself as i walked back into the kitchen.

    "Mommy who was that?"

    "Just an old friend sweetie"

    "Okay mommy"

    "you ready to go?"

    "Yes mama"

    "Okay lets go"

    We got in the car and the ride to Bri’s school was silent. When we got there i walked her in and told her i loved her and that i would pick her up.

    The entire was to the coffee shop i was thinking about what to say.I had come up with nothing but "hi." When i got ther Ashley already had a table and a coffee. So went and ordered mine then went to the table.

    "Hi" i slimply said

    "Hi"

    "So what did you want to talk about?"

    "Ummmm…..US?

    "Ashley there is no us to talk about anymore."

    "Why?"

    "Why? what?"

    "Why is ther no us to talk about anymore?"

    "Why!!! Because i came home on our 5 year anniversry and you were with somone else in our home in our bed, with Bri in the next room. Thats why there is no us"

    "………."

    I went to get up but i felt her grab my wrist and sit me back down.

    "I said i was sorry"

    "That really doesnt matter Ashley,you hurt me, broke my heart, and i had just had out child, sorry isnt good enough. It never will be.

    "I miss you and Bri"

    "Yeah im sure you do but thats not my fault. So if you will exscuse me i have to go to work.’

    With that i got up and left not giving her a chance to say anything or grab me again. By the time i got to work i was crying and wanting to know why she thought she had the right to come back into mine and Bri’s life after waht she did.

    I walked into my class room at the high school and saw my kids sitting quitly waiting for me to start class.

    "Good morning class"

    "Good morning Mrs.Davies"

    Yes i keep her last name. I dont know why but i did. I think it was because i had, had it for so long that i didnt want to get rid of it. It is hard everyday being called that but i really have no other choices than to deal wiht it. As soon as i was getting ready to start class the principle came on over the intercome.

    "Hello this is principle Myers, today we have a very special guest here to perform for us today and then she is going to teach you how to produce music. Then if you enjoy that and enough people sign up we are going to start a class and Mrs. Ashle davies will be the teacher. So at 8:30 will everyone please come to the adutirum for the Ashley. Thank you"

    As soon as they said her name my heart stopped. "Ashley here?" is what i thought to myself "She cant be" i wont allow it. she cant come here and ruin my life. But the question is how am i going to get her to leave. Or do i really want her to leave? Do i? I dont know what want and is frustrating not to know.Oh well i guess for i now i will have to see what will happen.
