    Mmm, Spencer do you love me?

    The next morning the girls awoke to a house that smelled sweetly of pancakes. Ashley groaned rolling away from Spencer and up out of bed. Spencer squinted her eyes and smiled when she saw Ashley.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “Smells like blueberry pancakes. Yum. Too early. But yum.” Ashley grinned rubbing her thumb over Spencer’s cheek. Just then, she heard Paula call from downstairs.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “Hey girls breakfast is on the table, I have to run to the hospital for a little bit but Ben wanted to take you guys out to a movie so you better get moving!” Spencer rolled her eyes and dragged herself out of bed. Ashley was still sitting on the edge of the bed and Spencer wrapped her up in a hug. Ashley smelled like sweet tangy oranges and Spencer just breathed her in, kissing her neck softly. She heard Ashley sigh and pulled back looking into her deep brown eyes.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “You’re so beautiful, you know that?” Ashley smiled and brushed her fingers across Spencer’s lips.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “You’re sweet, but we should go downstairs before someone misses us and comes up here,” Spencer pushed her bottom lip out to pout and Ashley gave it a playful nibble. They rested their foreheads together, Spencer with her eyes closed and Ashley staring directly at Spencer. When Spencer opened her eyes she was surprised to find Ashley staring directly at her.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “What?” Ashley didn’t respond and just kissed Spencer’s questioning lips. Their lips slid across each other, dancing to the rhythm of their sighs.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “HEY SPENCER! GET UP!!!!!” Glen thundered up the stairs and the girls broke apart quickly. Within two seconds Glen had burst through the room and was energetically jumping up and down. “Guess what Ben is taking us to go do today!!”

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “We’re going to see a movie?” Spencer answered dryly. Ashley could sense the tension between the two and wondered what was going on.
