Check Please – (Chapter: You can cry all you want to i dont care how much you invest yourself in me. We’re not working out. we’re not working out)
Tuesday, 2 Days Left. 3pm.
Spencer had been more and more on edge as the days went on. She wouldn’t quit writing in that notebook of hers. Maybe it was a diary. I didn’t know for sure. I did know one thing though. My feelings were growing too strong. All I knew was that something bad was going to happen. What if it caused us to break up? If my emotions kept running so deep, I don’t think I could handle a break up.
Something about Spencer though. The way her eyes would shine so bright when she was happy, or they would fade to a deep and dark blue when she was sad, it was mesmerizing. She had a smile that could hypnotize an entire crowd. Her hair was soft to the touch and beautiful in every way. The way she would tilt her head slightly to the side was unique. But she never did that while talking to anyone else. It was only me. That smile was meant for me.
And now we sat in the living room in silence. I watched the television reruns and she watched her pencil making marks on her notebook. I wanted to take that notebook from her; I wouldn’t even look at the pages, and I would throw it away. It was causing problems. Whenever an object got in the way of our relationship, I would get rid of it. I made it as a promise to myself. At the same time I figured I would let this go on a little bit longer.
I decided to change out of my pajamas. It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon after all. As I searched for my rock star tank top I became frustrated. I couldn’t find it. This was odd in itself because I had worn it last night. “Spence?”
“Yes dear” She replied.
“Have you seen my black tank top with the yellow word ‘rock star’ written across it? You know, in shiny letters.” I asked
“Umm, yeah it’s in the bedroom. I made you take it off remember?” I was confused. I didn’t remember anything causing me to undress. “It was too shiny, Ash, I couldn’t sleep because it was like, glaring bright in my face.” She laughed.

well, you can do two things. one, you can make spencer realize that she really likes ashley and she will go after her. or, two, you can make spencer not like ashley. Now write something that doesnt include either of those two options; that’s thinking outside the box! c’mon… surprise us!

Spencer, Spencer, Spencer what have you done…run, run, run after your girl! BTW…I do miss the sexual chemistry the girls had in the beginning of their relationship with the flirtatious banter and easy conversation. I still love the story, I just miss them talking to one another. PMS
