Chapter 16

It was a last day of classes before Christmas break and Spencer was in her room getting ready for her last day of classes.  She was currently standing in front of the mirror admire the little baby bump that was there.  By now almost everyone knew that Spencer was pregnant while some thought that she was stupid for carrying the child of a rapist, most thought that she was brave for carrying the baby to term.  She looked in the mirror and smile. She still couldn’t believe that Ashley has stay with her throughout the whole ordeal.  A huge part of her still thinks that one day the brunette would realize that she was making a mistake and leave her to take care of the baby on her own.  Whenever she felt that way it was like Ashley could read her mind and reminded that she would never leave her or their baby.  She loved it when Ashley referred to the baby as hers, because as far as she knew the baby’s was Ashley and her Aiden was only a sperm donor.   She ran her hand over her stomach and smile after school she and Ashley were going for a sonogram and she could wait to get the first picture of their baby.  She soon caught sight of the clock that was in her room and realized that if she didn’t continue to get ready that she would be late for school.  She moved front the mirror and then put on a shirt, grabbed her back and headed downstairs.  While making her way downstairs and closer to the kitchen she heard laughter and what sounds like her girlfriend’s voice.  As she arrived in the kitchen she notice that she was right there was her girlfriend having breakfast with her family, she smiled as she saw their interaction with each other.  She soon made her presence now.

Spencer: “Morning guys” She said which caused everyone to turn around and greeted her.  Ashley got up from where she was sitting and went over to her girlfriend and gave her a quick kiss and a hug.

Ashley: “Morning babe,” she said before giving Spencer another kiss “how are you and the bub, doing?”  Ashley asked which caused Spencer to laugh at Ashley’s nick name for the baby.
